尊敬的模拟联合国指导教师，亲爱的代表们：
我们特此诚挚地邀请您莅临并参与2026年牛津大学-上海中学国际部国际模拟联合国大会（OGMUN – SHSID Model United Nations Conference 2026）。本次大会由牛津大学模拟联合国、上海中学国际部与蔚蓝国际联合主办，将于2026年4月4日至6日在上海举行。
自2016年落地上海以来，大会已走过十载历程。十年来，我们始终以“学术严谨、视野开阔、协作共赢”为宗旨，累计吸引超3000名优秀学子参与，覆盖全国200余所顶尖学校，参会满意度连续五年保持95%以上，成为华东地区乃至全国模联领域的标杆性活动。
牛津大学模拟联合国大会作为英国最大的模拟联合国会议，以其议题的前瞻性、学术的权威性和跨文化交流的深度而闻名。本届会议将延续这一传统，来自牛津大学的主席团成员们将发挥其卓尔不群的治学风格和学术能力，将给与会代表们带来高质量的模联会议，为代表们打造沉浸式的国际外交体验。
本届会议将继续在上海中学国际部举办。上海中学创立于1865年，是中国近代教育的先驱；国际部自1993年成立以来，始终践行“全球胜任力”培养理念。学校秉持“树·人”的教育理念，注重个性化成长与终身学习能力培养，以卓越的教学质量与高度国际化的环境，被誉为中国基础教育领域的标杆之一。上海中学国际部模拟联合国活动历史悠久，其模联社团连续十年跻身全国顶尖行列，长期活跃于国内外各大模联舞台，屡获佳绩。2026年，上海中学国际部将继续为来自海内外各教师和学生们提供优质的会务保障工作。
本次会议规模预计为350人，将设置七个英文委员会。委员会涵盖了从联合国大会到专门机构及区域组织的各个层面。目标在于让不同模联水平的代表们能够挑战自我，并从中获得丰富而充实的模联体验。组委会将持续提升会议服务，致力于给与会代表提供高质量的学术及会议体验。
目前，大会报名通道已经开启，代表们可以通过本指南了解会议相关内容。我们也将根据会议时间线，在蔚蓝国际WeClub微信公众号及时公布会议相关信息。
四月的上海，春江水暖，万象更新。我们期待与您在这座充满活力的城市相聚。

Dear delegates, faculty advisors and friends in the MUN community,
It is our great honour to welcome you to OGMUN SHSID 2026, being held on the 4th-6th of April 2026 in Shanghai High School International Division. This event is one of the highlights of our year, and we cannot wait to welcome you to the conference.
Last year, we had a wonderful time in Shanghai, and we are looking forward to another edition of this event. It is a pleasure to be joined by bright and motivated future leaders every year.
In 2026, we are excited to be returning to Shanghai to deliver another OGMUN conference. Our committees range from General Assemblies to specialised agencies and regional bodies. Our goal is to allow delegates of varying skill levels to challenge themselves and have an enriching MUN experience.
Our conference follows three central tenets: it is technology-free, academically focused and collaborative. First, delegates will not be able to use electronic devices outside of unmoderated caucuses, which allows them to be present and practice public speaking. Second, we value research-based solutions that reflect both past initiatives and delegates’ own ideas. Finally, we emphasise multilateral initiatives and an environment focused on collective growth.
As always, our chairs will be well-versed in their committee topics and prepared to support delegates throughout the event. Alongside the secretariat hailing from Oxford, UK, delegates will be supported by the fantastic student secretariat team of Shanghai High School International Division. Together, we are looking forward to hosting another unforgettable event.

School View 学校概况
Established in 1865, Shanghai High School has an overall size of 340 mu (223,617square meters) and is historically one of the most well-known schools in China as well as around the world. Shanghai High School International Division (SHSID) was founded in 1993. At present, approximately 3,100 students from over 43 countries and regions are enrolled. SHSID became an International Baccalaureate (IB) world school in 1995. SHSID is authorized by the College Board to administer AP, SAT and PSAT exams and is an authorized TOEFL exam center. Since 2014, SHSID has been approved as an International AS & A-Level School. In 2018, SHSID was awarded accreditation by AdvancED (COGNIATM).
上海中学成立于1865年，校园占地规模340亩(223617平方米)，是中外历史上最知名的的学校之一。1993年6月1日，上海市教育委员会批准成立上海中学国际部(简称上中国际/SHSID)，现有来自43多个不同国家和地区的约3100名学生。1995年，上中国际加入IB国际文凭组织。上中国际同时也是由College Board授权的AP、SAT和PSAT的考试中心和由ETS授权的托福考试中心。2014 年上中国际成为国际AS & A-Level学校，2018年通过美国AdvancED (COGNIATM)认证。
